| Runner Technologies is invited into the SunGard Higher Education Collaborative |

| February 3, 2006 -- SunGard Higher Education has invited Runner Technologies into the "SunGard Higher Education Collaborative", their partner program. With over 1600 customers, SunGard Higher Education specializes in a full range of software products for colleges and universities, enabling institutions to create a "Unified Digital Campus". Runner Technologies provides a seamless integration for CLEAN_Address within SunGard Higher Education's Banner suite, providing real-time and batch verification throughout the entire system. Runner Technologies has also created an interface for the Advance and Plus products from SunGard Higher Education, and plans many other direct interfaces for their other products. Runner Technologies will be exhibiting at the SunGard Summit conference in Orlando, Florida in March 2006. |

| Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) chooses CLEAN_Address for 19 institutions |

| November 28, 2005 -- Runner Technologies was officially awarded the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) 5-year contract for address verification and data quality for the 19 public colleges and universities in Tennessee. The TBR is a central buyer for software goods and services for public Tennessee higher education institutions. The Tennessee Board of Regents went through a very thorough request for proposal (RFP) process to evaluate and select a data quality partner on the basis of technology requirements, and then on price. Runner Technologies' CLEAN_Address suite was selected for on all of these merits. |

| Runner Technologies announces SurveyDIG plug-in for Online Course Evaluations |

| November 14, 2005 -- Runner Technologies today announced a new plug-in for their SurveyDIG survey management suite to support online course and instructor evaluations for colleges and universities. Higher education institutions can use SurveyDIG for course and instructor evaluations, eliminating the manual Scantron process. Some benefits include more candid feedback, higher quality text responses, reduction of data entry errors, and real-time reporting on results. Miami University of Ohio was one of the first institutions to implement SurveyDIG, and had tremendous success with their pilot group of 9,000 students. SurveyDIG is a web-enabled paperless evaluation system designed to make the evaluation, rating, and survey process effortless and convenient.
